House Rules

  • If rented, the smart TV must be used with care. Any damages will incur repair or replacement costs.
  • Users must maintain cleanliness and dispose of all trash in designated bins.
  • Please keep noise levels to a reasonable volume.
  • No nails, screws, or adhesive tape that can damage surfaces are allowed.

Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
